No. Open play is walk-in at all three locations. Just come by during open hours — a visit is two hours of play with unlimited train rides.
Hours & pricing→Enter your email at the check-in screen and we will pull up your waiver and membership. You can do this from the Imagine City app before you walk in, or scan the QR code at the front desk.
Yes — every child playing needs a waiver on file, signed by a parent or guardian. It takes about a minute and covers your whole party. You only need to do it once.
Sign the waiver→Party dates and payment are handled on our booking system. Availability there is live, so it is the only place that can confirm a date for you.
Birthday parties→Memberships are signed up for and billed through our membership form. For a change or a cancellation, email us or call your home location and we will sort it out with you directly.
Memberships→The Water Works is at Palmdale. The Sensory Tree House is at Valencia and Palmdale. The Lego race track is at Valencia and Lakewood, and the driving cars are at Lakewood. Playhomes and the ride-on train are at every location.

Privacy policy→Yes. Schools, daycares and community groups are welcome, and we plan those directly with you rather than through the booking system.
