Imagine City Discovery is the augmented-reality world inside the Imagine City app, and it’s where the bears live. Point your phone at a play home’s plaque and its bear appears right there in the room, surrounded by 3D objects from that play home. Tap any object and the bear tells your child all about it. It adds a whole new dimension to every visit: more to learn, more to wonder about, and more to imagine.

Made for families, with privacy built in
- The AR camera view stays on your phone. It isn’t recorded or uploaded, and the app never uses the microphone.
- Children’s names are used only after a parent picks them and confirms. Named audio is deleted after 24 hours idle.
- The original photo is deleted once the cartoon is made, and portraits are never shown on venue screens.
- The leaderboard shows first names only, is opt-in, and is off by default.
- No ads, no advertising ID, no location permission.
Membership questions
How do I get the member features in the app?
Download the Imagine City app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the email on your membership. The app checks your membership with Imagine City; if you just joined or used a different email, tap “Check my membership.”
How many devices?
An account can be signed in on two phones at once.
Do coins expire?
No. Prizes are based on your child’s all-time coin total. Each coin can be collected once per child per day.
How do we claim a prize or weekly treat?
Open it in the app at the front counter and tap to use it in front of staff. It’s recorded so staff can see it.
Is my child’s name or photo shown publicly?
No. Names appear on the leaderboard only if you opt in (first name only). Cartoon pictures are private to your account and never shown on venue screens.
Is Basic valid at every location?
No. Basic is for 1 location only. Annual and Max are valid at all three.

Rewards, coins and prizes are confirmed by Imagine City when you redeem them at the front counter. Membership signup, payment and cancellation are handled on Imagine City’s membership form; the terms there apply.
